2023 Columbia Basin Trust Resident Directed Grants

RDKB – Resident Directed Grants (ReDi)
Regional Districts and Indigenous Partners within the Columbia Basin deliver the Resident Directed Grants (ReDi) on behalf of the Columbia Basin Trust (CBT). The program is intended to be flexible and incorporate community based funding decisions in support of projects that provide additional value and benefits to the communities of the Basin.
Resident Directed Grants (ReDi) support projects that benefit the broad community and public good through community-based decision-making, ensuring an opportunity for resident input on projects.
The 2023 ReDi intake period welcomed project submissions from area organizations from January 9 to February 28, 2023. Fifty-seven (57) submissions were received by fifty-three (53) organizations requesting $396,193.29 in ReDi grant funding support.
During the month of March, resident input sessions were held in Area B, Beaver Valley (Area A, and Villages of Fruitvale and Montrose), City of Rossland, City of Trail, and Village of Warfield.
