A full range of aquatic leadership courses are scheduled annually. For details on aquatic program schedules, see the monthly program schedule or contact the Aquatic Centre at 250.442.2202 or the Recreation Office at 250.442.2202.

Fitness Programs

Aquafit programs are scheduled regularly in the Aquatic Centre and include two levels of intensity - Aquafit Therapy, Aquafit Moderate and Aquafit Advanced - offering workouts to suit all fitness levels. Swimming skills are not required for aquafit classes and the fee for all classes is regular pool admission.

Dryland fitness programs include Circuit Weight Training classes held in the aquatic centre fitness room.

The aquatic centre offers a well-equipped fitness room that is open for public use during all public swim hours (with the exception of programmed circuit weight training classes). Adults can arrange a fitness room orientation with a certified instructor at no cost.
