REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

              Christina Lake Court Design and Construction, Christina Lake BC

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to seek a qualified construction company to remove the existing tennis courts and fencing, and subsequently design, supply, and construct a fenced 2-tennis court and separately fenced 4-court pickleball facility in Christina Lake alongside the existing pickleball courts, and providing sidewalk systems to connect the new infrastructure to the existing infrastructure, including the existing washrooms.  The project also requires the construction of a small grassy area where a gravel pad currently exists, and, based on design, relocating the existing on-site septic system.

This project is considered a “turnkey” design / build project”.
